Ingredients:

Ground Meat ( Beef/Mutton ) — ½ kg

Spinach — 1 kg ( washed well and finely chopped )

Onion — 2 medium ( finely chopped )

Tomato — 2 medium ( chopped )

Ginger and Garlic _ 1 Table spoon

Green Chilies _ 3 to 4

Yogurt — ½ Cup

Turmeric _ ½ Tea spoon

Red Chili Powder _ 1 Table spoon

Coriander Powder _ 1 Tea spoon

Garlic Spices _ ½ Tea spoon

Salt — to taste

Oil — ½ Cup

⭐ Method:

Step by Step

1 Cook the Meat

  1. Heat the oil in pan and fry the onion until the golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger garlic and also fry it.
  3. Add the meat and fry it well.
  4. Add the tomatoes, salt, red chills, turmeric and coriander powder and keep frying.
  5. Add yogurt and fry for 5 more minute so that the spices are well roasted.
  6. Add half or one cup of water and cook until the meat is tender.

2 Add spinach

  1. On the other hand, boil the spinach lightly and drain the water. If desired, it can be added directly without boiling.
  2. Add the spinach to the meat and mix well.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes. This helps the flavors of the spinach and meat mix well.

3 Simmer

Now Finally add green Chile’s and hot spices.

Simmer on low heat for 5 minute.

⭐ To serve:

It goes best with hot roti or chapati and rice.

You can also garnish with green coriander on Top if you want it.
