Ingredients:
Ground Meat ( Beef/Mutton ) — ½ kg
Spinach — 1 kg ( washed well and finely chopped )
Onion — 2 medium ( finely chopped )
Tomato — 2 medium ( chopped )
Ginger and Garlic _ 1 Table spoon
Green Chilies _ 3 to 4
Yogurt — ½ Cup
Turmeric _ ½ Tea spoon
Red Chili Powder _ 1 Table spoon
Coriander Powder _ 1 Tea spoon
Garlic Spices _ ½ Tea spoon
Salt — to taste
Oil — ½ Cup

⭐ Method:
Step by Step
1 Cook the Meat
- Heat the oil in pan and fry the onion until the golden brown.
- Add the ginger garlic and also fry it.
- Add the meat and fry it well.
- Add the tomatoes, salt, red chills, turmeric and coriander powder and keep frying.
- Add yogurt and fry for 5 more minute so that the spices are well roasted.
- Add half or one cup of water and cook until the meat is tender.
2 Add spinach
- On the other hand, boil the spinach lightly and drain the water. If desired, it can be added directly without boiling.
- Add the spinach to the meat and mix well.
- Cook on medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes. This helps the flavors of the spinach and meat mix well.
3 Simmer
Now Finally add green Chile’s and hot spices.
Simmer on low heat for 5 minute.

It goes best with hot roti or chapati and rice.
